This could have different reasons:
The restaurant doesn't participate in the stamp card program
Your stamp is in your spam mailbox
You unsubscribed our newsletter
You've used another email address this time
Your order was cancelled
You used another discount with this order
How can I check the availability of my stamp cards?
Every time you receive a stamp, you will receive an e-mail from Lieferservice.at with the current status of your collected stamps at each restaurant.
In which restaurant can I use the stamp card?
When you have collected all five stamps for one specific restaurant, you will receive an e-mail with a discount code. This code can only be used in the restaurant where you have collected the full stamp card.
What kind of discount can I get?
After collecting 5 stamps (full stamp card), you will automatically receive an e-mail with a discount code. The code will be valid 90 days. The value of the discount code for a full stamp card is equal to 10% of the sum of your 5 previous orders.
